Windows 10/11macOS Coming Soon

Stop losing federal bids to opportunities you found too late to write.

GovForge surfaces the right pursuits 60–90 days early — with the pre-RFP shaping, amendments, and email-only Q&A drops your competitors are missing too.

Local-first by design. Your company profile lives on your machine, not a vendor's cloud — no account, no SaaS data exposure. A deliberate break from the cloud-only norm in federal BD.

Small contractors are running federal BD on spreadsheets and browser tabs.

01

The Tools Are Out of Reach

GovWin® runs into the tens of thousands a year. GovDash™ starts around $1,000 a month. (Competitor pricing based on publicly available information as of early 2026; several vendors don't publish pricing.) The tools a small shop can actually afford are all cloud SaaS that want your company data on their servers. You're running manual SAM.gov searches and copy-pasting into Excel® to stay organized.

02

You're Burning BD Hours on Dead Ends

Your BD person spends 8 hours a week reviewing solicitations that don't match your capabilities, have no real funding behind them, or are already wired for an incumbent. That's 400 hours a year — gone.

03

Every Tool Wants Your Sensitive Data in the Cloud

Your capabilities list, past performance, competitive strategy, NAICS codes — every cloud-based BD tool ingests all of it. That's a real CMMC exposure. It shouldn't be a tradeoff you have to make.

Built for the BD manager who's doing this mostly alone.

GovForge is built for you if...

  • You're a small defense contractor (10–200 employees) with an active federal pipeline
  • You have 1–3 BD staff — not a full capture team
  • You're doing SAM.gov searches manually in a browser right now
  • You're pursuing or maintaining CMMC certification and care where your data lives
  • You've been burned by solicitations that turned out to have no funding
  • You track DIU, SOFWERX, or AFWERX opportunities and want them in one place

Probably not right if...

  • You're a large prime with an existing enterprise BD platform and a dedicated capture team
  • You need FedRAMP-authorized SaaS for your own compliance requirements (GovForge is a desktop app — it doesn't require FedRAMP)
  • You have no federal revenue and no near-term plans to pursue it

We'd rather you know this upfront than sign up and churn in week two.

Three things no other federal-BD tool does at this price.

Every aggregator pulls SAM.gov. Every modern one scores opps with AI. Here's what GovForge does that GovWin, HigherGov, Govly, and GovTribe don't.

01

Live change tracking on every opp you mark "Pursuing"

When SAM.gov updates a tracked opportunity, GovForge writes a structured row to your changelog. Q&A added, deadline shifted, set-aside changed, attachment posted, amendment dropped — every change-type captured.

Claude-written summary on every change. CHANGE / LIKELY COMPETITION / CAPTURE IMPLICATION.

Claude reads the change in the context of the original solicitation and writes a 3-section brief: what changed, who's likely to bid, and what it means for your capture plan. Pro tier: 50 summaries per day.

CHANGE

A Q&A entry was added clarifying that the page limit reduction (50 → 30) applies only to the Technical Volume. Past Performance retains its 20-page limit per the original SOW.

LIKELY COMPETITION

No award history available for this NAICS+agency pair in the last 24 months — competitive landscape unclear. Watch for FA9101-pattern AEDC awards.

CAPTURE IMPLICATION

Tightened technical volume real estate makes win-theme prioritization critical. Past performance is unaffected — preserve that volume's full breadth. ACTION: red-team the new 30-page constraint against your current draft tomorrow.

03

DARPA email Q&A captured automatically. Forward and forget.

DARPA, AFWERX, and most agency PCO Q&A doesn't happen on SAM.gov — it happens over email. Forward those emails to your per-opportunity address. They land in the same changelog with the same AI summary. No competitor captures this.

From raw SAM.gov data to a prioritized, validated shortlist — in minutes.

Ingest from 6 Federal Sources

Connect your SAM.gov API key. GovForge pulls active solicitations from SAM.gov, DIU, SOFWERX, AFWERX, SpaceWERX, and DOD SBIR/STTR (via DSIP, with SBIR.gov fallback) — in seconds. Your company profile and the assessments you generate are stored on your machine, not in a GovForge cloud account. Look up and Search Awards find a specific SBIR topic or past award on demand.

AI Scores Every Opportunity Against Your Profile

GovForge reads each solicitation against your company profile — your NAICS codes, past performance, capabilities, and products. Every opportunity gets a score from 0–100 with a plain-English explanation of why it ranked where it did. Tags like GO, SHAPING, CONSIDER, and NONE let your BD team act fast without reading every notice.

AI scores are recommendations, not decisions. Every scored opportunity links to the original solicitation so your team verifies before committing.

GO ● HIGH Confidence
Strong NAICS match (541330). Past performance on 3 similar DoD RF programs. Budget confirmed — $2.4M awarded to this topic in FY2024. Incumbent identified, teaming opportunity present.
03

Validate Budget Reality Before You Chase It

Some solicitations get posted with no real funding — the program element was cut, the requirement changed, or the contract vehicle has no remaining ceiling. GovForge cross-references USASpending.gov obligation history and FPDS-NG award data to score each opportunity's funding confidence: HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW, or PHANTOM.

No other tool in this price range does this. It's the difference between a shortlist and a dead-end pipeline.

HIGH Active budget, recent awards
MEDIUM Funded, limited award history
LOW Minimal funding signals
PHANTOM No funding found — skip it

Deep Dive: From Shortlist to Capture Plan

When a solicitation scores high, Deep Dive takes it further. GovForge pulls the full solicitation document, cross-references your past performance, identifies key personnel and teaming gaps, and produces a structured capture brief — in seconds, not hours.

Export your capture brief directly to HubSpot®, Salesforce®, or as a CSV. Your BD shortlist moves into your pipeline as formatted leads — no copy-paste, no reformatting.

Look Ahead and Team Up

Forecast recompetes. Expiring Contracts surfaces work ending up to 3–5 years out, ranked by fit to your profile, each with an estimated recompete-solicitation date — so you start shaping months before the RFP drops, not after.

Build the winning team. Open any opportunity and GovForge suggests a candidate prime plus complementary subs, drawn from who actually wins this kind of work in federal award history — with the receipts behind each one.

Your Company Profile Stays on Your Machine.

Every tool in this space is cloud-based. That means your company profile, your NAICS codes, your past performance, your competitive strategy — all of it lives on a vendor's server somewhere.

GovForge is different by design. Your company profile, capability descriptions, and opportunity assessments are stored in your Windows user profile and are never saved to an SPS server. GovForge makes outbound calls to SAM.gov for opportunity data, to Anthropic (via an SPS proxy) for AI scoring, and to an SPS license server for subscription validation. If you use Track Changes, the notice IDs you're monitoring sync to a lightweight SPS cache service — keyed to your license, not your company identity.

GovForge is not a CMMC compliance tool. Your company profile and the assessments you generate are stored on your machine — not in a GovForge cloud account. (AI scoring sends opportunity text and your profile context to Anthropic's API for analysis.) Because GovForge keeps no cloud copy of your data, it's designed to minimize its footprint in your CMMC Level 2 third-party vendor scope for that data. Your C3PAO makes the final scoping determination.

If your work involves marked CUI, check with your CMMC advisor before using AI scoring features. Opportunity text sent to Anthropic for scoring is publicly available federal data — but your company profile and capability descriptions are yours to protect.

What counts as an AI score or deep dive?

Common questions.

Is GovForge really free?
Yes. The free tier is the full desktop app with SAM.gov pull and keyword assessment — no AI scoring, no credit card, no expiration. Use it indefinitely. When you first install GovForge, you also get one free AI score (no card required) so you can see exactly what the scoring looks like on a real opportunity before committing to a paid plan.
What counts as an AI score? What counts as a deep dive?
An AI score is one opportunity run through GovForge's scoring engine — Claude™ reads the full solicitation text against your company profile and returns a GO/CONSIDER/WATCH/SKIP recommendation with a detailed rationale. Most users score 20–50 opportunities per week during active pipeline reviews. A deep dive goes further: it pulls the full solicitation document, cross-references your past performance, identifies key personnel and teaming gaps, and produces a capture brief. Deep dives take longer and cost more AI compute, so they're allocated separately. A search is a natural language query against your opportunity database — "find me AFWERX topics under $2M that match our RF sensing work."
What does SPS see? How does the data privacy actually work?
SPS never stores your company profile, competitive analysis, or AI-scored assessments — those stay in your Windows user profile at %APPDATA%\GovForge. GovForge makes outbound calls to SAM.gov (to pull opportunity data) and to Anthropic, via an SPS proxy, to score opportunities against your profile. License validation contacts an SPS server to verify your subscription. If you use the Track Changes feature, GovForge syncs the notice IDs you're tracking to a cache service that monitors SAM.gov for amendments — those records are keyed to your license fingerprint, not your company identity or opportunity notes.
Does this help with CMMC?
GovForge is not a CMMC compliance tool and doesn't certify anything. It's designed to be CMMC-friendly — your company profile and assessments (capabilities, past performance, competitive positioning) are stored on your machine, not in a GovForge cloud account. AI scoring does send opportunity text and your profile context to Anthropic's API for analysis; GovForge keeps no cloud copy of your data. Because of that, GovForge is designed to minimize its footprint in your CMMC Level 2 third-party vendor scope. Your C3PAO makes the final scoping determination.
What is "phantom opportunity detection"?
Some solicitations get posted with no real funding behind them — the program element was cut, the requirement changed, or the contract vehicle doesn't have remaining ceiling. GovForge cross-references PE numbers against USASpending.gov obligation history and FPDS-NG award data to score each opportunity's funding confidence as HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW, or PHANTOM. This isn't perfect, but it catches the obvious dead ends before your BD team spends time on them.
Which federal sources does GovForge pull from?
SAM.gov, DIU (Defense Innovation Unit), SOFWERX, AFWERX, SpaceWERX, and DOD SBIR/STTR — six sources in all. SBIR/STTR is sourced from DSIP (dodsbirsttr.mil), the DOD system of record, with SBIR.gov and grants.gov as fallbacks. More sources are on the roadmap.
Does it work on Mac or Linux?
Windows 10 and 11 only right now. Mac support is on the roadmap. No Linux plans at this time.
What happens when I hit my monthly scoring limit?
GovForge shows your remaining scores in the footer throughout the month so you're never surprised. When you reach the cap, it prompts you to upgrade — you can do that in about 60 seconds from inside the app. Your existing scored opportunities and all assessment data stay fully accessible. The free tier (SAM.gov pull and filtering) keeps working regardless. Limits reset at the start of each billing period.
