These Terms govern your use of GovForge, a product of Sans Peur Strategies Inc. By downloading, installing, or using GovForge, you agree to these Terms. If you're using GovForge on behalf of a company, that company agrees to these Terms.
GovForge is a Windows desktop application that provides federal contracting opportunity intelligence. It pulls data from federal sources (SAM.gov, SBIR, DIU, SOFWERX, AFWERX, SpaceWERX), applies AI scoring using Anthropic's Claude models, and helps business development teams prioritize their pursuit pipeline.

Paid plans require a GovForge License Key issued after purchase. Your license key is personal — don't share it. Each license key is for use by a single named user on a single machine.
The free tier does not require an account or license key. You can download and use the free tier indefinitely with no registration. A one-time free trial license (1 AI score, machine-locked) is available upon email verification. Free trial licenses are non-transferable and limited to one per device.
You're responsible for keeping your license key secure. If your key is compromised, contact us immediately and we'll issue a replacement.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Usage limits: Each paid plan includes a monthly allocation of credits, drawn down as you use AI features. An AI opportunity score costs 1 credit, a natural-language search 3 credits, and a deep-dive analysis 10 credits. Monthly allocations are: Starter 360 credits, Professional 2,000 credits, Growth 5,000 credits, Enterprise unlimited. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through the customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Refunds: Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a billing mistake on our side — email louis@spstrategies.co and we'll make it right.
Price changes: We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of price increases via email. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance.
The free tier includes the full GovForge desktop application with SAM.gov opportunity pull and keyword triage. AI scoring, deep-dive analysis, and natural language search require a paid plan or a free trial license.
A one-time free trial is available upon email verification. The trial grants one AI scoring run and is bound to the machine on which it is activated. Trial licenses cannot be transferred, reset, or redeemed more than once per device. The free tier and free trial are provided as-is, without any uptime or feature guarantees, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue them with 30 days' notice.

GovForge uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to score and analyze federal opportunities. AI scoring is a recommendation tool, not a decision-making system. Scores reflect the AI's interpretation of solicitation text against your company profile — they are not guarantees of fit, win probability, or funding availability.
Budget confidence scores (HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW/PHANTOM) are based on publicly available federal data and heuristics. They are not authoritative assessments of program funding status. Always verify directly with the contracting office before making significant BD investments.
Sans Peur Strategies is not responsible for BD decisions made based on GovForge output.
Your use of GovForge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary: your company data stays on your machine. We collect only what's necessary to manage your subscription and enforce usage limits.
The third-party service providers we rely on to operate GovForge — Anthropic (AI scoring), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), DigitalOcean (hosting), and Cloudflare (CDN and network security) — are described in the Privacy Policy. All server-side data is hosted in the United States.
GovForge and all related software, designs, and content are owned by Sans Peur Strategies. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GovForge for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
Federal government data accessed through GovForge (SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, etc.) is in the public domain and subject to those agencies' terms of use.
GovForge is provided "as is" and "as available." Sans Peur Strategies makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that GovForge will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular federal opportunity data will be current or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sans Peur Strategies' total liability for any claim arising from your use of GovForge is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Sans Peur Strategies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost BD opportunities, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sans Peur Strategies harmless from claims arising from your use of GovForge in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of GovForge will be resolved exclusively in the state courts of Virginia or the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll send an email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of GovForge after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, particularly around license key sharing or circumventing usage limits. We'll give you notice and a chance to cure where reasonable. You can stop using GovForge at any time — just cancel your subscription.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sans Peur Strategies regarding GovForge. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
